  • Drive Diageo’s Spirit of Progress agenda for a more inclusive and sustainable world across suppliers and agency partners.
  • Turn ideas into reality, see deals through, and help our brands grow while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
  • Build relationships internally and externally to understand needs and capabilities, and connect them to achievable outcomes.
  • Manage supplier relationships and sourcing strategies across multiple categories and markets, working closely with supply chain, finance and commercial teams to ensure ethical, sustainable, and commercially sound practices.

  • Ability to operate globally and collaborate with supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to drive value and manage risk.
  • Commitment to ethical, sustainable sourcing and responsible buying; awareness of supplier diversity and inclusive procurement practices.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills; comfortable turning ideas into tangible outcomes.
  • Ability to navigate complex commercial challenges and drive improvements in a multinational, fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with supplier diversity initiatives and sustainability programs within a global procurement context.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Attractive reward and benefits package.
  • Opportunities to influence sustainability and diversity initiatives across a global supplier base.
