Procurement Coordinator

As Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the efficient flow of materials, raw materials, and components needed to meet production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material procurement based on the production plan and customer demand.
• Follow - up for purchase orders and delivery dates with local and international suppliers.
• Analyze inventory levels, turnover, and excess or obsolete materials.
• Coordinate cycle counts and physical inventories to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze material requirements using MRP/ERP systems.
• Coordinate material receiving, storage, and supply to production.
• Manage preventive and corrective actions to address potential stockout risks.
