Job Summary

  • Own SCM process design, compliance, ICFR evidence, performance reporting, the SCPOR cycle, policy/manual maintenance and the systems/master-data agenda across the Group. Direct reports: SCM Systems / Master Data Analyst and Nigerian Content Coordinator.

Governance, Risk & Compliance

  • Own and maintain the SCM Manual, SOPs, QRGs and process maps.
  • Run the quarterly SCM Process Optimisation Review (SCPOR) and issue the optimisation bulletin.
  • Maintain the ICFR evidence trail and close audit findings jointly with Internal Audit.
  • Operate ICFR controls and maintain the exception register and quarterly control reporting.
  • Maintain policy and manual documentation across Tiers II to IV.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related field; Lean Six Sigma, CIPS or an ICFR/governance-related certification preferred

  • 8 - 10 years in procurement/SCM governance, compliance or process excellence, ideally within EPCIC or oil & gas.

  • Strong GEP/SAP systems-governance and data-analytics capability.
