Procurement Contracting Specialist
The Procurement Contracting Specialist manages procurement strategy and operational activities for a large program or School/Center. They are also responsible for ensuring policy compliance, managing procurement systems, maintaining vendor and contract relationships, and coordinating training and communications to promote efficient and effective procurement operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead vendor and contract program in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor, offering guidance on policy interpretation, compliance, risk mitigation, and operational best practices.
- Manage day-to-day operational activities, including workflow oversight, issue resolution, stakeholder support, and escalation management as needed.
