Procurement Clerk

Shift: Permanent Night Shift

Resumption Time: 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Procurement Clerk to support procurement operations, maintain accurate purchasing records, and ensure timely sourcing of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with sourcing and purchasing of goods and supplies.
Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
Monitor orders and follow up with suppliers on deliveries.
Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
Compare prices and ensure purchases are made at competitive rates.
Track purchases, expenses, and outstanding orders.
Liaise with suppliers and relevant departments.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.

Requirements

Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent is an added advantage.
Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, or inventory management is an advantage.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.
High level of honesty, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Ability to work permanently on night shifts.
