About the Role Cyera is seeking a Procurement Counsel to join its global legal team and lead the vendor and procurement contract function end-to-end. This high-impact role sits at the intersection of legal, technology, and business, handling a high volume of vendor agreements, building scalable processes, and acting as the internal champion for Ironclad CLM and Ramp platforms. You will collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, and Security and report to the Senior Director of Legal. What You'll Do
- Design and continuously improve end-to-end procurement and vendor lifecycle processes to support global growth.
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on global vendor and procurement agreements (SaaS, cloud services, software licensing, professional services, marketing, consulting, strategic outsourcing).
