At Factorial we're looking for a new Procurement Associate to help us support and scale our Finance team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of optimizing procurement processes and supplier management across the company, you'll be in charge of coordinating purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships and negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient procurement operations.

What you'll do
- Coordinate purchasing requests for Marketing and HR, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.
- Create and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, supporting negotiations on pricing and commercial terms.
- Partner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on-time deliveries.
- Analyze purchasing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support contract and supplier documentation management.
