About the Role
This role focuses on stabilizing the Dicing process to meet critical quality targets and driving improvements in Quality, Cost, and Delivery through data-driven process characterization and cross-functional collaboration within Skyworks' semiconductor packaging operations.
What You'll Do
- Ensure Dicing process stability to meet quality targets for quality output.
- Review and dispose on-hold material within 24 hours and keep Production & Planner informed.
- Prepare high-quality reports.
- Perform process characterization to improve process capability for better quality, cost and delivery.
- Conduct quarterly reviews to improve product/process/tool disposition.
- Provide weekly progress updates and KPI reporting.
- Review quality incidents weekly to drive continuous improvement.
- Update and maintain documentation.
- Participate actively in ad-hoc task forces led by cross-functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders on new processes, procedures, and product introductions to the line.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with relevant experience in DPS Process/Equipment engineering in the semiconductor packaging industry.
- Proficiency in problem solving and statistical tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills; honest and open-minded; self-disciplined and able to work with minimal supervision; able to lead by example and stay motivated.
