About the Role
This role focuses on the strategic and operational development of Diehl Defence's process and document management. You will identify opportunities for improvement in process management, contribute to designing and implementing solutions, and ensure these are embedded sustainably in Diehl Defence's processes and document management.
What You'll Do
- Work on the strategic and operational development of Diehl Defence's process and document management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in process management and contribute to concept development and implementation of solutions.
- Implement recommendations and sustain them in the process- and document-management landscape of Diehl Defence.
- Develop and visualize business processes with product and specialist areas and coordinate/moderate cross-functional teams.
- Manage the BPM portal and handle internal workflows related to process changes.
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training with a further qualification as technician/master or a university degree.
- Experience in developing and implementing business processes; initial experience in implementing strategic projects.
- Strong understanding of cross-divisional and cross-system business processes; good knowledge of MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, SharePoint, OneNote).
- High social competence and excellent communication skills; you work well within teams and across disciplines.
- Structured working and presentation skills; willingness for occasional business travel.
- Location: Nonnweiler, Germany.
