About the Role Join Gerresheimer in Peachtree City, GA as a Process Technician – Injection Molding to produce high-quality plastic components for the healthcare industry. You'll set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines in a clean room environment, ensuring efficiency, safety, and precision, while collaborating with engineers and production teams to maintain quality and support continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Set up, start up, and operate injection molding machines to produce precision parts
- Change molds, complete setups, and perform basic mold repairs
- Troubleshoot processing issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain, monitor, and support injection molding machines
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Perform routine mold cleaning and accurate process documentation
- Participate in 5S activities and improvement projects What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certificate or associate degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an injection molding manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience with machine setup and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with thermoplastic materials
- Comfortable with computer systems (MES, SAP, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and follow SOPs Nice to Have
- 5+ years of injection molding experience
- Knowledge of ancillary equipment and a wide range of thermoplastic materials
- Experience with robots and automated systems
- Experience working within a regulated environment (medical / automotive) Compensation & Benefits
