Job title: Process Tech I
About the Role The Process Tech I will set up, start up, troubleshoot and monitor molding machines against established quality specifications and SOPs to ensure productive runs and quality parts. This role is hands-on in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Set-up injection molds and related equipment for sample runs and production runs.
- Monitor gauges, pressures, and temperatures on molding machines.
- Troubleshoot and correct problem processes.
- Monitor cycle times and part quality.
- Document and report mold and/or equipment related problems.
- Gather recycle materials and take to designated holding areas.
- Keep work area clean with expected housekeeping.
- Work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks.
- All other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
