Job Title: Process Support Manager
Role Overview
The Process Support Manager leads process support activities to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across business functions.
Key Responsibilities

Define and govern process support frameworks and standards

Oversee process performance, KPIs, and compliance

Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
-
Manage cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies
-
Ensure process risks and issues are identified and mitigated
-
Coach and develop process support teams

Qualifications & Skills
-
7–12 years of experience in process management or operations roles
-
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
-
Excellent stakeholder and changing management skills
-
