Job title: Process Station Operator
Join Dana's Escobedo site as a Process Station Operator responsible for operating the assigned process station to meet quality, safety, production, and performance targets. The role requires knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards and a commitment to continuous improvement, standardized work, and thorough documentation.
What You'll Do
- Comply with safety guidelines and standards established in your work area and specific measures within your operation.
- Permanently comply with work schedules (entrances, dining room, bathroom, work groups, exit, etc.) and maintain constant operational discipline.
- Carry out the procedures outlined in your operation and inspection sheet on a daily basis.
- Follow Standardized Work instructions, complete the control plan, and maintain required documentation and records.
- Use the escalation plan to alert of problems in equipment or product quality to avoid production stoppages.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and Dana's One Dana values.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
- Ability to comply with safety guidelines and production procedures, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Experience with standardized work, control plans, and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a manufacturing environment.
