About the Role EY is seeking a Process Solutions & Automation Manager for the Financial Service Office (FSO) Technology Consulting practice in Seattle, WA. This role focuses on helping clients implement process automation across enterprise functions and business units, including solution architecture, technical design, requirements, software development or configuration, testing, data migration, and solution deployment, while supporting the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a BPM vendor tool implementation. What You'll Do
- Help clients with process automation across enterprise functions and business units.
- Assist clients with services like solution architecture, technical design, requirements, software development or configuration, testing, data migration, and solution deployment.
- Support and execute the IT Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a BPM vendor tool implementation.
- Deliver quality client service, monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes; stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and ability to assimilate new knowledge.
