Process Quality Specialist in Tractor Assembly and Painting operations having 10 – 15 years of experience in Automotive / Agriculture with key analytical and problem-solving skills. Conducting process quality audits, assembly inspections and ensuring compliances on Critical to Quality, Poka-yoke, Process Controls etc. Working in close coordination with CFT for daily analysis of defects, attribution and PDCA follow ups. Exposure to ISO auditing, manufacturing quality system and advanced tools like SPC , Six Sigma would be highly preferable.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out analysis & coordination for required action plan for quality issues observed in Drive line ensuring defect free supply to internal & External customers.
