About the Role The Process Owner at Entergy Arkansas, LLC will lead a team of planners, supervisors, and operations/maintenance personnel at a multi-unit coal power plant. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and reliable operation and provides operational and maintenance excellence across turbine/generator, electrical systems (switchgear/breakers/transformers), and balance-of-plant equipment. It also emphasizes diversity, ethics, integrity, and driving continuous improvement as a champion of change. What You'll Do
- Responsible for safety, compliance, budgeting, reliability, and all other aspects of the assigned area of the plant.
- Provide direction to operational/maintenance personnel, oversee various contractors, and support the planning/scheduling team.
- Provide leadership for and the development of all employees to embrace a culture of strong fundamentals of operation and maintenance.
- Embrace human performance improvement and drive continuous improvement by serving as a champion of change. What We're Looking For
- Experience leading operational/maintenance teams in a plant environment, preferably coal-fired, with responsibility for safe, reliable operation.
- Ability to manage safety, compliance, budgeting, reliability for the assigned area.
- Knowledge of turbine/generator and electrical systems (switchgear, breakers, transformers) and other balance-of-plant equipment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and contractor oversight; ability to develop employees and foster a culture of high performance.
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion, ethics, integrity, and effective change management.
- Experience with planning, scheduling, and coordinating work to support plant needs.
