What’s the role
The Shell Scotford Upgrader team is seeking three (3) Process Operator (also known internally as Production Team Member) to join our team. As a Production Team Member, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient daily operation of our assets. You will work with in a supportive environment that encourages both personal and professional growth, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to some of the most innovative projects in the industry.
The Shell Scotford Complex is a short drive from Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, and consists of a bitumen upgrader, oil refinery, chemicals plant, and a carbon capture and storage (CCS) facility. It is one of North America’s most efficient, modern, and integrated hydrocarbons processing sites, converting oil sands bitumen into finished, marketable products.
