About the Role The Process Operator will operate the assigned process station to meet quality requirements in the manufacture of Dana's automotive components, upholding safety, production and performance objectives and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Do
- Follow safety guidelines and standards in your work area and adhere to the measures in your operation.
- Maintain constant discipline by complying with work schedules (entrances, dining room, bathroom, work groups, exit, etc.).
- Carry out the procedures outlined in your operation and inspection sheet on a daily basis.
- Comply with Standardized Work instructions, complete the control plan, and keep required documentation and records in accordance with operation procedures.
- Properly use the escalation plan to alert of problems with equipment or product quality to help avoid production stoppages.

- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
- Ability to comply with safety guidelines and maintain operational discipline.
- Experience with standardized work instructions, control plans, and documentation.
- Strong focus on quality and continuous improvement; ability to escalate issues to avoid production stoppages.
- Availability to work in Monterrey, Mexico.
