本ポジションは、自動車用空調製品（HVAC・エアコン・換気装置）の生産工程を支えるProcess / Manufacturing Engineering Engineerです。

新製品の量産立ち上げから、生産ラインの改善、設備導入、Lean活動まで幅広く担当し、より効率的で品質の高い生産体制を構築していきます。

単に設備を維持するだけではなく、「どうすればもっと良くなるか」を自ら考え、データ分析や改善提案を行いながら、生産工程を進化させていくポジションです。改善アイデアを実際の生産現場へ反映できるため、大きな達成感を得られる環境です。

【募集背景】 現担当者が社内昇進（マネージャー職）となったため、後任となるメンバーを募集しています。 教育体制も整っており、これまで培われたノウハウを引き継ぎながら成長していただけます。

【主な業務内容】

◎ 生産工程改善

• 生産データの分析
• 設備稼働率やサイクルタイムの改善
• 品質・コスト・生産性（QCD）の改善活動
• Lean Manufacturing活動の推進
• 改善アイデアの立案・実行

◎ 生産現場支援

• 生産技術スタッフへの技術支援
• 設備トラブルの分析・改善
• サプライヤーとの技術的な打ち合わせ
• 各部門との連携による改善活動

◎ 標準化・継続的改善

• 標準工程の整備
• 製造プロセスの標準化
• 5S・安全活動の推進
• 継続的な生産性向上活動

【必須（MUST）】

• 製造業における生産技術、工程改善などの実務経験（目安3～5年）
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル（社内外やサプライヤーと円滑にコミュニケーションが取れる方）
• 英語：日常会話レベル以上（メールの読み書き、社内コミュニケーションに抵抗がない方）

Divisions and Products

◎ Valeo Japan consists of four divisions: １）Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

２）Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS adoption and reinvent the interior experience.

３）Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions driving "Lighting Everywhere."

This position belongs to the Power Division.

What is this role?

This is a Process/Manufacturing Engineering Engineer position supporting the production processes for automotive climate control products (HVAC, air conditioning, and ventilation systems).

You will cover a wide range of responsibilities—from launching new product mass production to improving production lines, introducing equipment, and driving Lean activities—building a more efficient and high-quality production system.

Rather than simply maintaining equipment, this role challenges you to think independently about how to make processes better. You will analyze data, propose improvements, and advance the manufacturing process. Seeing your improvement ideas directly reflected on the actual shop floor makes this a highly rewarding environment.
