About the Role The Process Leader – CCD (Centurion) will oversee processing operations at the Centurion CCD facility, ensuring efficient production, safety, quality and alignment with RCL Foods’ standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate daily processing operations at the Centurion CCD site.
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across safety, quality and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with SHERQ and quality standards, and uphold company policies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations and Maintenance to optimize processes and resolve issues.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in processing or operations leadership within manufacturing or FMCG environments.
- Strong people management, coaching and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify improvements and implement practical solutions.
- Knowledge of SHERQ, quality systems and safety practices.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in operations, engineering, or a related field (advantageous).
Nice to Have
- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
- ERP/SAP familiarity or experience with enterprise systems.
