Process Lead

The Process Lead supports the daily operation of a manufacturing area by providing leadership, coaching, and coordination across production and support teams.

This role works closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Shipping, and other cross-functional partners to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

What you will do:

• Support daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved.
• Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and support to operators and frontline employees.
• Coordinate activities and priorities across Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Shipping teams.
• Troubleshoot routine operational issues and support Root Cause Analysis activities.
• Promote adherence to standard work, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
• Drive accountability and operational discipline through effective communication and follow-up.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiencies.
• Monitor process performance and escalate issues appropriately when needed.
• Support operator development through coaching, training, and knowledge sharing.
• Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.

What you will bring:

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, shipping, logistics, packaging, or related operations environments.
• Experience leading, mentoring, coaching, or directing frontline employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple teams and functions.
• Problem-solving and Root Cause Analysis experience.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, packaging, or process manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, Standard Work, or similar methodologies.
• Experience in supervisory, leadership, team lead, or coordinator roles.

Pay Range: $84,400.00-$112,533.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation:

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
