Job title: Process Improvement Specialist
About the Role Process Improvement Specialist at Yazaki's Ploiesti plant will help maintain stock accuracy, analyze variances, and drive improvements in inventory management to support production and supply chain efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Ensure and maintain stock accuracy on the shop floor for raw materials and semi-finished goods
- Perform COGI analysis to identify discrepancies and determine root causes
- Plan, organize, and coordinate cycle counting activities in line with internal procedures
- Lead investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for stock variances
- Coordinate COGI activities across multiple locations (plants / subcontractors)
- Ensure proper material classification and system updates following engineering changes
- Monitor, analyze, and continuously improve inventory KPIs
- Perform system adjustments based on validated and approved data
What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics / warehouse / inventory (2+ years)
- Good understanding of inventory processes & data analysis
- SAP knowledge – strong advantage
- Good English skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
