- Assess current state performance and identify gaps within the Johnson Controls Continuous Improvement & Production System
- Visualize and establish a plan to reach the future state, monitor progress, and share/acquire best-in-class ideas and systems
- Define, design, and implement process improvements as part of the Johnson Controls Continuous Improvement & Production System Compensation & Benefits
