About the Role Responsible for the full lifecycle management of process equipment across the site, including selection, procurement, unpacking, handling, installation, commissioning, acceptance, idle equipment sealing, relocation, and scrapping. You will manage encoding, asset ledgers, fixed assets and archives; based on production plans, develop and supervise equipment inspection and maintenance plans, ensuring quality and on-time completion. What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of process equipment including selection, procurement, unpacking, handling, installation, commissioning, acceptance, idle equipment sealing, relocation and scrapping.
- Maintain equipment encoding, asset ledgers, fixed assets and archives; ensure accurate records and documentation.
- Develop and execute equipment inspection and maintenance plans aligned with production schedules; supervise maintenance activities to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Participate in equipment fault diagnosis; regularly collect and analyze equipment performance data.
- Lead technical work on process equipment modifications; propose rational improvement plans and manage modification projects.
- Maintain process equipment for raw liquid production, formulation filling, packaging lines; ensure safety for personnel, equipment and materials.
- Draft quality changes and deviations; assist in investigations.
- Contribute to URS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ for new projects; provide review input.
- Collaborate to improve equipment effectiveness, maintenance plans, reliability, and inventory management; ensure internal process compliance with suppliers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Automation, or Pharmaceutical Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry; preference for sterile equipment (ORABS, isolators) or automatic packaging lines/lamp inspection machines.
- Familiar with GMP equipment management systems; able to draft deviations, changes, and SOPs independently.
- Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration, and service mindset; positive attitude and responsibility.
- Clear thinking with good organizational, coordination, and communication skills; able to work hard.
