About the Role Volt is immediately hiring for a Process Engineering Technician 3 in Milpitas, CA. This full-time (temp-to-hire) role supports process development and engineering by performing tests, setting up processing equipment, and guiding line operators. Schedule is Monday-Friday on 2nd shift, 3:00pm-11:30pm. What You'll Do
- Perform technical tests and experiments for process engineering.
- Set up processing equipment and monitor operations.
- Audit and provide guidance to line operators.
- Run tests, record data, and prepare charts/graphs for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
- Provide technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to support process improvements. What We're Looking For
- Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in a related field, technical training or equivalent education and training.
- May require up to one year of related experience; 2-4 years of related experience may be preferred.
- Strong understanding of process engineering tasks; ability to apply knowledge to a wide range of tasks.
- Ability to make decisions or recommendations within a team, influencing the work of others.
- Successful completion of company-provided training may be required. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $30.00 per hour (hourly)
