About the Role Join P&G Rakovník plant as Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement in production systems, focusing on reliability, quality, and safety of equipment and processes in either making or packing operations. Start with a 1-year Junior Manager Program to become a technical expert in innovation, maintenance, and optimization with potential for worldwide assignments.
What You'll Do
- Optimize production processes for our brands, ensuring reliability, quality and safety of equipment and processes.
- Work in either Production - Packing or Production - Making, prioritizing safety, quality, and productivity; identify performance losses and key improvement projects; participate in installation and startup of new equipment and in maintaining tools for production management.
- Monitor equipment conditions, optimize performance and maintenance requirements.
- Plan and coordinate projects with team members to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with safety and quality.
- Develop learning programs for operators and team leaders; help others develop skills; simplify and standardize processes.
- Participate in redesigning and developing manufacturing processes and systems; engage in continuous improvement.
- Engage in the Junior Manager Program to grow technical and leadership skills; work with industry experts and latest high-tech control/manufacturing technology.
