About the Role Process Engineer at Koch IP Holdings' gypsum facility in Blue Rapids, responsible for optimizing production processes, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, leading improvement projects and supporting capital projects. This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, EH&S, and Project teams to improve yield, reduce variability, conserve energy and ensure process safety and regulatory compliance.
The correct candidate will motivate, coach, and inspire by demonstrating, promoting, and applying PBM® in daily actions and decisions to deliver maximum value to the business and our customers.
