Job title: Process Engineer (K/M)
About the Role Ball Corporation's Process Engineer is responsible for supervising and optimizing production processes to meet quality, cost and efficiency goals. You will coordinate the introduction of new products and processes, support solving technical issues and drive continuous improvement across production, while fostering collaboration and developing standards and employee competencies.
What You'll Do
- Define, implement and optimize production processes.
- Prepare and update process documentation and work instructions.
- Introduce new products and projects to production.
- Analyze processes and select optimal solutions in terms of quality, performance and cost.
- Plan and control process costs.
- Participate in commissioning of new production lines.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and implement corrective actions.
- Select and optimize machine and equipment parameters.
- Initiate and realize continuous improvement actions (Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma).
- Organize training and ensure compliance with quality, environmental and Health & Safety requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in defining and optimizing production processes and implementing new products.
- Ability to analyze processes, select optimal solutions and improve efficiency while controlling costs.
- Experience coordinating across interdisciplinary teams; strong collaboration and communication.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to prepare and update process documentation and ensure compliance with quality and HSE standards.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lublin with potential occasional remote work (up to 24 days per year).
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: 93,750 – 131,250 PLN gross per year.
