About the Role Process Engineer / Inżynier Procesu (Elektronika) at OPmobility. You will optimize assembly line processes and parameters, support continuous improvement in a dynamic environment, and help ensure high quality and efficiency in electronics production. What You'll Do
- Optimize processes and parameters of the assembly line
- Create and update process documentation
- Analyze micro-stoppages and identify root causes
- Monitor and analyze assembly line performance
- Conduct PFMEA analysis for risk assessment
- Investigate mechanical failures and stoppages
- Provide support in solving line issues
- Implement solutions to improve quality and reduce losses
- Collaborate with teams to set standards and implement improvements What We're Looking For
- Higher education in mechanical engineering, production management, mechatronics, electronics or related fields, or technical education with at least 2 years of experience in electronics production
- Good command of English (minimum B2)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (basic level)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and pro-active approach
- Strategic thinking and quality orientation
