About the Role Design and implement manufacturing processes, equipment and plants from pilot to fully operational to achieve production goals. This role emphasizes process optimization, tooling, and collaboration across operations and technical teams to drive efficiency and cost effectiveness.
What You'll Do
- Develop and improve manufacturing methods consistent with the principles of scientific mold and process control.
- Manage plant, equipment, and process improvement projects, as assigned.
- Optimize press cycle time and process consistency.
- Assist in the development and manufacture of new tools to minimize time to market while maximizing cost effectiveness.
- Collaborate with operations, technical and hourly personnel to optimize processes.
- Participate in the selection of processes and mold design considerations for new products.
- Promote LEAF and employee engagement activities to create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Lead various scrap improvement activities.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to lead plant/equipment and process improvement projects and drive efficiency.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with operations, technical and hourly staff.
- Experience optimizing cycle times and leading scrap reduction activities.
