Meet Michael, production manager, Supply Chain In Michael's role, he leads his team and ensures they are set up for success so they can deliver products to customers on time, every time. Meet Melissa, SVP supply chain, Nalco Water Melissa joined the team in 2010 looking for the opportunity to lead a team and drive more value and impact. She found exactly that. In her role, she leads a team responsible for a variety of operations, including supply & demand, analytical planning and warehousing.
