About the Role Siemens Energy is seeking a Professional/Experienced Process Engineer to drive the development and stabilization of specialty processes for high-temperature alloy blades used in gas turbines. The role focuses on process development, verification, and creating robust work instructions, while enabling smooth integration of new processes and ongoing improvement. What You'll Do
- Develop, validate, and stabilize specialty processes for high-temperature alloy blades (laser drilling, electrical-discharge drilling, acid pickling/de-coating, laser-cladding repair).
- Verify process parameters and finalize standard operating instructions; support production on-site with issue resolution, defect analysis, and root-cause investigations to improve yield and process stability.
- Track new process introductions, perform pilot/testing verifications, and ensure cross-process qualification.
- Drive process optimization, cost-reduction, and deployment of new methods; maintain process technology documentation.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Headquarters technical teams; lead cross-functional projects as assigned.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisor. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Metallurgy, Surface Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in specialty processes for gas turbine/aircraft engine high-temperature alloy blades; fresh graduates welcomed.
- Skills in problem analysis and documentation; strong English reading/writing ability.
- Good communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities. Nice to Have
- Relevant work experience in blade specialty processes is preferred.
