Zodpovedá za definovanie a realizovanie štandardu procesu v súlade s požiadavkami spoločnosti a schválenými Kĺúčovými ukazovateľmi/ metrikami. / Responsible to define and realize equipment standards (Process and Manufactures) that must be aligned to company standards defined according approved with KPI / metrics.

Improve line efficiency (pph, CT)

OEE, RTY daily/weekly/monthly monitoring, reporting and propose actions to improve

Responsible for the first training to the production for the introduction of new product or process technology

Lead of RPS by deep technical analyse and proposal to solve

Partner with ME leaders for trouble shooting analysis for critical equipementand FMEA review

Responsible for putting in place and check the documentation of processes and controls.

Hand over for new equipement or specific operating supplies/tools/ spare

CAR process realisation + weekly review
-
Production cost reduction via A3/KE/6sigma
