About the Role
The role is responsible for continuously optimizing production processes in a sustainable manner through Statistical Process Control (SPC), root cause analysis, and by defining and enforcing operational standards.
What You Will Do

Analyze existing production processes and develop recommendations for changes in methods or operational sequences that minimize risks, costs, and waste; increase yields and productivity; and improve the quality and consistency of finished products.

Responsible for training and developing operators to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.

Ensure adherence to product specifications and participate in the development of new production processes by defining new standards and estimating time requirements for each process step.

Lead the CIL (Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication) and CL systems, and ensure compliance with operating procedures, work instructions, and operational specifications supported by the Quality Management System (QMS).

Collect and analyze loss-related data to develop solutions and action plans.

Validate production floor information and data.

Knowledge and understanding of production line downtime and line stoppages.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field (required).
Language: Conversational English (required).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) manufacturing industries.
Knowledge and Skills:

Strong statistical knowledge, including understanding of variables and attributes.

Safety and quality management.

Production process management.

Continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM, Kaizen, 5S, FMEA, SMED, and related tools.

Mechanical knowledge is desirable.

Intermediate proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Power BI.

Schedule flexibility and availability.
