Role Purpose
The Process Engineer is responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to improve process capability, yield performance, quality, and operational efficiency. This role supports both existing manufacturing operations and new process development through data-driven analysis, systematic problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will work with global engineering and manufacturing teams to identify process improvement opportunities, support new product introductions (NPI), enhance manufacturing capabilities, and enable scalable, cost-effective production solutions. The position requires strong technical fundamentals, hands-on experimentation capability, and the ability to translate engineering concepts into practical manufacturing applications.
