This role troubleshoots process and equipment issues, leads capital and improvement projects, specifies new equipment, and identifies automation opportunities to enhance performance and capacity.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (or equivalent) and 1-2 years of related experience
- Experience applying statistical process methods and working in a cross-functional team
- Ability to communicate effectively and drive data-driven improvements
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
