About this role
What you’ll do
- Design, implement, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes. Manage all dimensions of a process, including machinery, methods, measurement, manpower, materials, and environment. Apply and promote APS tools to drive continuous improvement in assigned processes.
- Plan, implement, and validate engineering and process changes (AS7). Identify process needs and provide timely and effective solutions. Train and develop associates effectively (TR-017). Identify and resolve process issues while proactively seeking improvement opportunities. Contribute to improving the operational availability of manufacturing cells.
- Responsible for the SQDCM performance of assigned cells, LMPUs (productivity), scrap reduction, MPS implementation, NCE management, and PPP% performance.
