About the Role As a Process Engineer, you will design, optimize, and maintain sewing manufacturing processes to deliver efficient, high-quality, and safe production while supporting continuous improvements across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Design, optimize, and maintain sewing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Implement continuous improvements through Lean methodologies and Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA) with project management, aligned to standards and customer needs.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing to reduce waste and improve productivity, quality, and cost metrics.
• Innovate processes in response to customer demand and product complexity; ensure process scalability in a global manufacturing environment.
• Balance operational efficiency with operator well-being (ergonomics, safety).
• Create optimized layouts and maintain technical documentation (PFMEA, control plans, work standards).
• Lead continuous improvement projects with measurable results (scrap reduction, cycle time, cost reduction).
• Implement engineering changes and new processes successfully; track corrective actions (8Ds, AFRs) and audits.
• Train personnel in new methods and standards.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in production processes, preferably in manufacturing.
• Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt); Core Tools; Lean Manufacturing.
• Technical Tools: Minitab, basic AutoCAD, basic SolidWorks, GD&T, ISAAQ.
• Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
• Lean methodologies (VSM, 5S, Kaizen).
• Capex creation and investment justification.
• Process traceability and documentation.
• Soft Skills: analytical mindset, adaptability, leadership, effective communication, attention to detail.
• Intermediate–advanced English (technical documentation and global communication).
• Availability to work rotating shifts when required.
