About the Role Join Danfoss as a Process Development & Quality Engineer responsible for leading Change Control, developing key processes, and driving quality, cost, and productivity improvements on the shop floor. You will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to secure safety and environmental standards and robust production operations. What You'll Do
- Participate in and manage Change Control projects
- Create TS/Quality documents (PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK, calibration setup)
- Process Development: develop and maintain key processes (Global Gatekeeper guidance, brazing, welding, leak testing and charging/setting, etc.)
- Improve quality: reduce scrap, changes and sorting; perform line-stop analysis and optimization
- Drive cost reductions: VC and OVC cost-down activities
- Enhance productivity: layout, flow, cycle time and OEE studies
- Handle deviations to secure quality and specifications
- Run optimization projects and follow up
- Problem solving: address customer complaints and internal problems (Stop The Line)
- Equipment support: shop floor support (SOP, BOM, routing, IT, tools and machine drawings, spare parts ordering)
- Ensure safety and environmental compliance on the production foundation
- Maintain supplier contact for technical issues (parts and machines) What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical/related field
- 5+ years' experience in a foreign company
- Good English oral and presentation skills
- Strong mechanical design ability
- Excellent teamwork, communication and coordination
- Familiarity with TS/Quality tools (PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK) and calibration setups
