Process Commissioning Engineer

Job Posting

• Develop and review commissioning, start-up, and operational procedures to ensure safe and efficient system handover.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover activities.
• Provide process engineering support, including process design review, operating philosophy development, and system optimization.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, operations, and contractor teams to ensure commissioning readiness and successful project execution.
• Verify process systems, equipment, and control philosophies comply with design specifications, operational requirements, and safety standards.
• Support process simulations, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of technical issues during commissioning and start-up.
• Review PFDs, P&IDs, cause & effect diagrams, operating manuals, and commissioning documentation to ensure technical completeness and operability.
• Monitor commissioning and process performance, identify risks or gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, company standards, and applicable industry codes and regulations.
• Support operator training, operations readiness activities, and knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance teams.
• Prepare and maintain commissioning reports, test records, punch lists, and system handover documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to commissioning personnel and project stakeholders throughout project execution and start-up.

-Having valid Indonesia ID

• Having the minimum 5-10 years of working experience for Oil and Gas industries for the sampe position
• Having the experience of working at LNG
• Having the knowledge and understanding of Maintenance and Integrity build

-Having the experience at the same position for the last 5 years

• Have a good plan, coordinate, and execute pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, performance testing, and handover activities.
