Process Associate
Responsibilities

Contact healthcare providers via phone, fax, email, or web portals to request medical records.

Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely receipt of required documentation.

Verify the completeness and accuracy of received medical records.

Maintain detailed records of retrieval activities and status updates in client systems.

Communicate with provider offices and internal teams regarding record status and discrepancies.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA, client policies, and data privacy regulations.

Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround time targets.

Escalate unresolved issues, missing records, or provider concerns as appropriate.

Perform data entry and document management activities with a high level of accuracy.

Support process improvements and operational initiatives as required.
