Job title: Procesoperator - FluoroMonomers & Power
About the Role As a Procesoperator bij Chemours in Dordrecht, you will monitor and support chemical production processes within the Monomers & Power department. You will operate in a setting where processes and utilities come together, learning to run installations safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and adjust the full production process; signal and analyze deviations and take corrective actions
- Perform inspections and control rounds in the factory, and coordinate with maintenance and engineering during outages
- Work from the control room and on the plant floor, developing into a self-sufficient operator
- Contribute to process improvements and a strong safety culture
What We're Looking For
- VAPRO B diploma or equivalent; initial practical experience via internships or work (0–5 years)
- Ability to learn how processes work at Chemours and operate installations safely and efficiently with guidance
- Analytical mindset, proactive, autonomous, and able to stay calm under pressure
- Strong Dutch communication, English at a workable level; team player
- Willingness to grow across technical disciplines and participate in safety initiatives
Nice to Have
- Possible training to become a member of the company fire brigade
- Experience with complex chemical installations and modern technology
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary between €3,300 and €4,400 gross per month (excl. vacation pay and 13th month)
- 27% shift allowance on top of 13th month and vacation pay
- Vacation pay 8%, 13th month 8.33%, life-course allowance 2.4%, and team bonus
- Option to exchange the 13th month for up to 20 extra vacation days
- Including shift allowance, 13th month, vacation pay and life-course allowance, annual salary range €61,000 – €80,000
- At least 25 vacation days plus an ADV day; travel allowance around €1,200 per year
- Development opportunities and an annual development budget (carry-over up to 3 years)
