About the Role The New Jersey Judiciary seeks an organized, customer-service oriented professional to join the Office of Probation Services, Juvenile Intensive Supervision Program (JISP) in the Central Regional Office. This role supports a statewide ISP/JISP initiative designed to supervise adult inmates and juvenile offenders in the community under strict supervision and to facilitate their reentry, guided by program rules. The position may involve both office-based and field responsibilities, with consideration for hybrid work arrangements. What You'll Do
- Handle a variety of technical and client support functions in a fast-paced office and field environment.
- Contribute to the Juvenile Intensive Supervision Program (JISP) statewide, ensuring supervision, compliance, and community safety.
- Support program operations, communicate with participants and stakeholders, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Adapt to program requirements and participate in reentry processes to aid successful community reintegration. What We're Looking For

- Salary range: Schedule A: 59,877.94 to 98,100.01; Schedule B: 59,877.94 to 93,195.02. Currency is USD; pay type is yearly.
- Work arrangement: Hybrid (up to 2 days remote). To participate, you must install a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet and have high-speed home internet access.
