Job title: Probation Services Officer - Intensive Supervision Program (ISP)
About the Role The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking an organized, customer-service oriented individual with strong total quality management, organizational awareness, and interpersonal skills to join the Office of Probation Services, Intensive Supervision Program (ISP) in the Southern Regional Office (Cherry Hill, NJ). The position requires handling a variety of technical and client support tasks in a fast-paced office and field environment, supporting supervision of adults and juveniles under ISP.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and client support in a fast-paced office and field environment.
- Assist with ISP operations, including coordination of supervision activities and travel to the Central Office in Trenton or other Judiciary locations as needed.
- Apply strong organizational skills and customer-service orientation to deliver quality service consistent with program rules and community safety goals.

- Authorization to work in the US (citizenship not required) and willingness to undergo a thorough background check including fingerprinting.
- Residency in New Jersey within one year due to NJ First Act requirements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $59,877.94 to $98,100.01 (Schedule A) or $59,877.94 to $93,195.02 (Schedule B); starting salary at minimum for newly hired individuals.
- Hybrid work arrangement with up to 2 remote days; requires multifactor authentication app and high-speed home internet.
