Probate Paralegal

We are looking for an experienced Probate Paralegal to support a busy law firm handling estate and probate matters in Naples, Florida. This Long-term Contract opportunity is well suited for a detail-oriented individual who can manage files through the full probate process with accuracy and efficiency. The role offers the chance to contribute across document preparation, case coordination, and claims-related activities, with remote flexibility available for a candidate with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee probate matters from initial intake through final resolution, ensuring each file progresses in a timely and organized manner.

• Prepare and revise legal documents related to estate and probate administration for attorney review and filing.

• Draft notices, correspondence, and signature-ready materials to support ongoing case activity.

• Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of probate records and supporting documentation.

• Assist with the review and handling of creditor claims connected to estate proceedings.

• Track deadlines, court requirements, and filing milestones to help keep matters compliant and on schedule.

• At least 3 years or more of experience working as a paralegal with direct exposure to probate matters.

• Practical knowledge of probate law and estate administration procedures.

• Proven ability to draft legal documents and prepare case materials with strong attention to detail.

• Experience preparing notices and related correspondence for probate casework.

• Familiarity with reviewing or supporting creditor claim documentation in estate matters.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple files from start to finish.
