About the Role We are hiring a PRN RN Field Assessor (FA) to join our team in Tucson, AZ to perform Long Term Care insurance assessments. These assessments are hands-off and require collecting claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluating the claimant's functional level of independence. The assessment also involves a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The candidate should be tech-savvy and able to use a point-of-care web application/system on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation. This position is not eligible for benefits. What You'll Do
- Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments including claimant demographics, physician information, and current medications.
- Evaluate functional independence, perform a brief cognitive screening, and assess ADL and IADL capabilities.
