PRN RN Field Assessor

About the Role We are hiring a PRN RN Field Assessor (FA) to join our team in Tucson, AZ to perform Long Term Care insurance assessments. These assessments are hands-off and require collecting claimant demographics, physician information, a current medication list, and evaluating the claimant's functional level of independence. The assessment also involves a brief cognitive screening and evaluating the claimant's ability to complete ADL and IADL tasks. The candidate should be tech-savvy and able to use a point-of-care web application/system on a laptop or tablet in real time for documentation. This position is not eligible for benefits. What You'll Do

• Complete Long Term Care insurance assessments including claimant demographics, physician information, and current medications.
• Evaluate functional independence, perform a brief cognitive screening, and assess ADL and IADL capabilities.
• Use a point-of-care web application/system on a laptop or tablet to document in real time.
• Travel to patient homes as needed and work in varied home environments; maintain professional conduct and sensitivity to diverse populations. What We're Looking For
• Current and unrestricted RN licensure in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable transportation.
• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
• Preferred: 1+ years RN experience; ability to work independently; strong communication, writing, and organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use a point-of-care system on a laptop/tablet for real-time documentation. Nice to Have

• Pay Range: $71,677 - $107,516 annual total cash target pay; $34.46 - $51.69 per visit point; $41.35 - $62.03 hourly rate.
• Annual total cash compensation for this role assumes full-time employment (40 weekly hours) at full productivity and generally follows the range above.
• This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed: per visit point rate during visits and hourly pay for other tasks; total cash includes earnings from both and varies by productivity and locality.
