About this role
The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve patient outcomes. The NP works on problems of diverse scope and complexity, ranging from moderate to substantial, and provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. The NP may prescribe medications, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment. Independent judgment is exercised under minimal supervision, with the ability to determine the best course of action and contribute to strategic initiatives as needed.
What You'll Do

Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnose illnesses, and provide treatment.

Promote health maintenance through outpatient primary care and value-based care settings.

Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues with minimal supervision.

Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance.

Work across two Texas locations (Dallas and Richardson) with the possibility of remote/part-time scheduling.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree.

At least 2 years experience as an NP in an outpatient primary care or value-based care practice.

Outpatient clinic hours are M-F, 8-5.

Availability at least 3 days a week.
