Job title: PRN Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
Logan Health is seeking an energetic, experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a growing Level III NICU in Kalispell, MT (PRN/As Needed). This 12-bed unit offers room to grow and a collaborative care model with board-certified pediatric neonatologists and a broad pediatric subspecialty team. The PRN role provides flexible coverage to support the team and patient care, with potential differential pay and benefits.
What You'll Do
- Provide advanced neonatal NP care in a Level III NICU (12 beds) with room to grow.
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, primary care providers, and families to plan and deliver patient-centered care.
- Support coverage during busy periods, absences, and vacations under PRN/casual/per diem arrangements.
- Participate in a rapidly expanding program across subspecialties including surgery, neurology, cardiology, and more.

- Comfort collaborating with subspecialists and families; strong communication and teamwork.
- PRN availability with flexibility for variable shifts and coverage.
- Experience in a NICU environment is preferred; ability to thrive in a growing program with multidisciplinary teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Level III NICU settings and with pediatric subspecialty teams (e.g., pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, cardiology).
