About the Role PRN Emergency Medicine APP Opportunity – Shelby, Montana. We are seeking an energetic, experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) committed to clinical excellence to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. Practice mix: 70–80% Emergency Department; 10–20% Urgent Care; ~10% Inpatient/Hospital. Average daily census: 2–4 patients. Schedule: Variable, flexible PRN coverage. Minimum requirement: 3+ years of Emergency Room experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide APP-level clinical care in the Emergency Department with support for Urgent Care and Inpatient services in a rural setting
- Collaborate with a skilled clinical team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and maintain efficient documentation and care workflows
- Adapt to a variable, flexible PRN schedule and fluctuating patient volumes while ensuring safety and quality standards
What We're Looking For
- Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with 3+ years of Emergency Room experience
- Ability to practice in Montana and work on-site in Shelby, MT
- Comfort working in a PRN/variable schedule environment with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
