About this role
A discreet appointment has opened with a private family in Dubai, seeking a UK & European-trained Private Physician. Time abroad forms part of the appointment, including London, where you keep day-to-day medicine seamless, without a handover to anyone else. When you travel with the family, all local arrangements (visa, licensing and coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, ahead of any conversation with the family in Dubai. Contracts are issued by the family, not by an agency, which protects your autonomy as a private physician.
Requirements
- The post requires a registered family medicine physician (GP) with UK or European credentials, confirmed by the issuing body. A record of 5 or more years in practice is needed, some of it in clinical cover. The family has asked for UK & European-trained private physicians exclusively, as the foundation for full clinical autonomy. English must be fluent enough for clinical handovers and family conversations, and a signed NDA is a condition of working with the family. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies; it does not employ, because a resident medical governance appointment leaves little room for doubt.
Benefits
- Salary is gross at £240,000 per year, with accommodation and travel included, agreed in writing with the family. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Accommodation within the family's residence is arranged and paid for by the family. The employment relationship is yours and the family's alone, as it should be for a post of this kind. Annual leave and return flights are covered by the family, scheduled around the family's own movements. You sign with the family itself, never with us, with unsupervised responsibility defined on paper. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. Medical Staff Talent introduces and verifies clinicians. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
